• Bordetella (kennel cough) and parainfluenza intranasal vaccine
• Sentinel-single dose

14 weeks

• Technician appointment
• Leptospirosis Vaccine (#1)

17 weeks

• Puppy progress exam
• Leptospirosis Vacine (#2)
• Junior Wellness
• Distemper / Parvo Titers
• Sentinel 12-month supply

19 weeks

• Technician appointment
• Rabies Vaccine

6 months

• Ovariohysterectomy (spay) or neuter surgery
  (includes  surgery, anesthesia, pre and post surgery pain control medication, patient monitors, IV fluids, nail trim, hospitalization, Elizabethan collar and surgery aftercare)
• Microchip implant (24 Pet Watch)
• Fecal parasite screen
