The following is the recommended preventative health care for your kitten's first year of life.

• Comprehensive Wellness Physical Exam
• Feline Distemper Vaccine (FVRCP) #1
• Feline Leukemia test
• Fecal parasite screen (for intestinal parasite identification)
• Deworming with Drontal Plus
• Revolution (for flea / heartworm / intestinal parasite / ear mite control)

10 weeks

• Technician appointment
• Feline Leukemia vaccine (#1)

12 weeks

• Kitten Wellness Physical Exam
• Feline Distemper Combo 3-Year Vaccine (FVRCP) #2

14 weeks

• Technician appointment
• Feline Leukemia vaccine (#2)

18 weeks

• Kitten Wellness Physical Exam
• Rabies vaccine
• Wellness blood testing to evaluate your kitten's internal organ health prior to the spay or neuter surgery

6 months

• Ovariohysterectomy (spay) or neuter
  (Includes surgery, Sevoflurane anesthesia, local anesthetic block, pre and post surgery pain control medication, IV fluids, multiparameter patient monitors, surgical laser (less pain, less bleeding), hospitalization, nail trim, anal sac expression and surgery aftercare)
• Fecal parasite screen
• Microchip implant (HomeAgain)
